Nurses Week is celebrated in the US every year from May 6-12. Worldwide, the celebration varies but is sometime during those dates. May 6 is Nurses Day, and May 12 is the anniversary of the birth of Florence Nightingale. The Year of the Nurse and Midwife was set for 2020 in honor of the 200th anniversary of Florence Nightingale’s birth. However, we all know how 2020 went!
