  • Help New Grads Find Jobs

    Helping new grads find jobs is a very important issue. The nursing shortage may have been temporarily stalled because of the downturn of the economy, but as the economy gets healthy again, and health care reform is implemented the nursing shortage has the potential to grow very rapidly. Helping new grads find work also encourages students to choose nursing and not run scared because new grads can’t find jobs. Post your tips and job information on The Nursing Site page on Facebook.

  • Nurses Health Study III Needs More Nurses to Participate

    The Nurses Health Study III is looking for more nurses to join in the study which began in 1976. If you are female, born in the U.S.,  and between 22 and 45 years of age (born after January 1, 1965), please consider joining this long running study. The questionnaires are available online. The first one can take about 30 minutes to complete, but the information derived from this study has been a tremendous help.
