New Books Make Great Gifts For Nurses

I have been busy the last few months putting together these new books. I hope you’ll take a look and perhaps purchase one or two for yourself or a flow nurse or healthcare professional. New books make great gifts for nurses this holiday season.

I realize having a chance to eat on the job as a nurse is too often a sore subject, but it can affect your quality of care as well as your quality of life. It’s high time to prioritize YOU! With some strong organization and time management skills, it IS possible to improve your nutrition and meal planning. You can even incorporate your family’s meals at the same time and save time and money!

Healthy Eating on the Go

Healthy Eating on the Go provides the steps, a few of my personal favorite recipes, the necessary equipment (see links in the Appendix), the forms and tools to help you formulate new habits and get started improving your nutrition. You might just hone some organization and time management skills too. It’s available on AMAZON in paperback and Kindle formats. You might want to search the tools and accessories suggested in the APPENDIX from TheNursingSite.com storefront.

There’s a Workbook too full of printable forms, tables, lists, and trackers to help you make this work for you! The Workbook is a .pdf downloadable file you can purchase on my Etsy Store for your Personal Use ONLY!!!!  Please do not share or sell as your own.

My Self-Care Journal

My Self-Care Journal was designed for busy nurses and healthcare professionals. The daily Gratitude entries are for 1-2 word statements daily. The Daily Notes and Memories is a log style. Write as much as you need to draw, doodle, add stickers, etc. My vision is for you to make it about your professional experiences and memories, keeping HIPAA foremost in you mind so you don’t identify anyone, but you do capture those memorable moments with patients that remind you why you do what you do and reinforce the difference you make every day! Over the course of my career, these have been beneficial reminders of why I am a nurse and are helpful to re-read. It’s available on AMAZON in paperback.

(In full disclosure, I earn a small commission from any purchases made from these links.)

Happy reading and may your holidays be filled with Joy and Memories!

Kathy
